Perth Region NRM required a document to be designed for their 'Guidelines for Industrial Development'. The document outlines the different procedures that need to be put in place in order to achieve an environmentally and socially friendly industrial development.

The front cover and the internals were designed to be visually interesting as well as informative. All graphs and diagrams were designed to appropriately convey the information, yet also remain attractive fitting tightly in with the overall design of the document rather than being copied in exactly from the original Word document.

The overall layout of the document utilises white space to remain clean and attractive to the eye. This sends the message to the readers that the Guidelines for Industrial Development are provided with the intention to keep all industrial projects environmentally clean and hassle free for the local community. The space conscious design does use some of the space for high quality images that keep the reader interested in what is on the following page.
